To provide the best experience and ensure every lei receives the care and attention it deserves, please review the following before submitting your inquiry at the bottom.
Advance Notice
Orders are best confirmed at least 2 weeks before your event or requested pickup date.
This allows time to source the freshest flowers, prepare materials, and reserve production time for your order.
RESERVING YOUR DATE

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve your date. Your inquiry is officially confirmed once your deposit (or full payment, when applicable) has been received.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENT

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required in order to confirm your order and reserve your pick-up slot.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before pickup.
AVAILABILITY

Every lei is handcrafted using fresh flowers.
Flower varieties, colors, and availability may vary depending on the season and market availability.

RUSH FEE

Rush fees are also non-refundable, as they compensate for expedited scheduling, flower sourcing, and production time required to accommodate last-minute requests.
CANCELLATIONS

If an order is canceled, any refund beyond the non-refundable deposit and applicable rush fee will be determined based on whether flowers or materials have been purchased and whether production has begun.
Because every order is custom made, refunds cannot be guaranteed once flowers or materials have been purchased.
RUSH ORDERS

Orders confirmed less than 14 days in advance of your requested pick-up date are subject to a
non-refundable $30 Rush Fee.
Orders confirmed within 7 days require full payment at the time of booking and are subject to a non-refundable $50 priority Rush Fee.
FAQ
Do you ship lei?
Not at this time. Because every lei is handcrafted with fresh flowers, I currently offer local pickup only. While I’ve successfully shipped lei in the past, I’m taking more time to refine the process before offering shipping as a standard service.
How far in advance should I place my order?
I recommend confirming your order at least 2 weeks before your event or requested pickup date to ensure the best flower selection and avail. Rush orders may be accommodated based on availability and are subject to rush fees.
Can you recreate a lei from a photo?
Inspiration photos are always welcome. While I do my best to recreate a design, each lei is handcrafted and may vary slightly depending on flower availability and the natural characteristics of fresh flowers. Please be wary of AI generated images of lei.
What if I don’t know exactly what I want?
That’s perfectly okay. If you have a color palette, event, outfit, or general vision in mind, I can help recommend flowers and designs that fit your style and vibe.
Do you make custom leis?
Yes. Every Lei Palekana creation is handcrafted and made to order. Whether you have a specific vision or would like guidance designing something unique, I’d love to create something just for you.
